About Popeye | |
|
|
We found him in Sept. 08 near our home in Hampton, and have been caring for him since then.
He's a very sweet, people oriented cat who loves other cats and children, but is fearful of dogs. He loves to play, be held, be scratched, be groomed, and be loved on.
He is approximately 12 mos. old and weighs 8lb.
He is already neutered and has a wonderful, loving temperament. He received his annual Rabies & FVRCP-C vaccines, and was tested negative for FeLV/FIV, on 10/26/08.
He received his monthly dose of Frontline Plus flea/tick preventative and de-worm preventative. He prefers to be outdoors because he is afraid of our house dogs. But he never wanders far from his foster family. He's very kind and cuddly, and comes when you call him.
Popeye would make a perfect pet for a family with/without other cats, and maybe with one quiet calm dog, or with/without kids. He could be a very loyal indoor/outdoor pet or a perfect mouser in a private family barn. There is an adoption application/contract & a small re-homing fee of $50 required, which includes his collar/rabies tag, all of his vet records, a first right of refusal, some cat food, a litter pan/litter, a cardboard cat scratchpad toy, and his cat carrier. Please consider opening your hearts and home to Popeye, the perfect family pet!
